=(4$x^{2}$+6x+2x+3)-(2$x^{2}$+x-8x-4)

=(4$x^{2}$+8x+3)-(2$x^{2}$-7x-4)

Now we have to open the brackets....

=4$x^{2}$+8x+3-2$x^{2}$+7x+4  (Here, operation is minus                                        

                                                                            then signs will change)

Now bringing like terms together.......

=4$x^{2}$-2$x^{2}$+8x+7x+3+4

=2$x^{2}$+15x+7
