For add these Surds we have to check that the number under the root is same for all

For making that,

Taking LCM of radicands

50 = 5² × 2

32 = 4² × 2

18 = 3² × 2

Substituting

We get,

= 2√5²×2 + 3√4²×2+4√3²×2

= 10√2 + 12√2 + 12√2

= 34√2

34√2 = 48.08
