m = 7-2n/15 ---(i)
10m +n/2 = 3
10m + n = 6
10 × 7-2n/15 + n = 6
2(7-2n/3) + n = 6
14 - 4n/3 + n = 6
14 - 4n +3n/3 = 6
14 - n = 18
n = (-4)
Put in eq(i) to find m..
m = 7-2(-4)/15
m = 15/15
m = 1 ans.
