Answer:

y=7+2......(1)

put this value in 4y+x=1

sum starts from here

4(7+2x)+x=1

28+14x+x=1

15x=-27

x=-27/15.......(2)

put this value im eqn (1) then we get

y=7+2(-27/15)

y=7-54/5

y=3.8

 \huge \mathscr{\orange {\underline{\pink{\underline {Answer:-}}}}}

y-2x = 7............(1)

4y+x = 1............(2)

Now replacing y by its value in (2)

4(7+2x)+x = 1

28+8x+x = 1

28+9x = 1

9x = 1-28

9x = -27

x = 9−27

x=−3

Now y will be ;

4y + (-3) = 1

4y-3=1

4y=4

y=1
