2x-2y=11

add both the equations we get

5x=22

x=22/5

substituting the value of x=22/5 in equation 1 we get the value of y as

3×22/5+2y= 11

66/5+2y=11

66+10y/5 =11

66+10y= 55

10y= -11

y = -11/10
