x = -7 + y / 3

3x +2y = -13

3(-7+y/3) +2y =-13

-7+y + 2y = -13

3y = -6

3x - y = -7

3x + 2 = -7

3x = -7+2

3x= -5

x= -5/3

y=-2 and x = -5/3
