Using the trigonometric table:

sin 45º = 1/√2
cos 60º = 1/2
cot 30º = √3

sin 45º + cos 60º + cot 30º

= 1/√2 + 1/2 + √3

= √2/2 + 1/2 + 2√3/2

= √2+1+2√3/2

= 1 + √5/2

= 5.87/2

= 2.93 (approx)
