sin A = 2 sin (A/2) cos (A/2)

1 + cos A = 2 cos^{2} (A/2)

so, sin A / 1 + cos A = tan (A/2)-------->LHS

cosec A - cot A = 1 / sin A - cos A / sin A

=> (1 - cos A) / sin A

{1 - cos A = 2 sin^{2} (A/2)

sin A = 2 sin (A/2) cos (A/2)}

=> tan (A/2) -------->RHS

Hence LHS = RHS
