Given :

sin (A-B) = 1/2

➭ cos ( A+B) =1/2

To Find :

The value of A

Solution :

We know that, sin 30° = 1/2

Therefore,

sin (A-B) = sin 30°

➯ ( A-B) = 30°.............. (eq 1)

Again, cos 60° = 1/2

Therefore,

cos (A+B) = cos 60°

➯ ( A+B) = 60°........ (eq 2)

Adding 1 & 2 eq _______

A-B+A+B = 60° +30°

A =45°

Thanks for asking
