use the snell's law:
n.sin(i)=m.sin(r)
in the equation,put
n=refractive index of water(=4/3)
r=90 degree
m=refractive index of air(=1)
then ' i ' will automatically become critical angle c.
As u know,critical angle is an angle above which refraction of right rays travelling from denser to rarer does not take place....
