(sin+cos)2+(sin-cos)2 =2

Now open the bracketts by using formulas...

sin^2 + cos ^2 + 2sincos + sin^2 + cos ^2 - 2sincos = 2

Now,[ sin^2 +cos^2 = 1] use this formula and 2sincos and -2 sincos will be cancelled

Therefore ,

1+1=2

2=2
