 { \sin }^{2} 30 =  { \frac{1}{2} }^{2}  =  \frac{1}{4}  \\  \\  {cos}^{2} 45 =  { \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} } }^{2} =  \frac{1}{2}   \\   \\  \\  {sin}^{2}60 =    { \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2} }^{2}   =   \frac{3}{2} \\  \\  \\  \frac{1}{4}  +  \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{3}{2}  \\  \\   =  \frac{1 + 2 + 6}{4}  =  \frac{9}{4}

I hope that it will help you...

lhs \\ { \sin}^{2} (30) + { \cos }^{2} (45) + { \sin }^{2} (60) \\ = { (\frac{1}{2} )}^{2} + {( \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }) }^{2} + { (\frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2} )}^{2} \\ = \frac{1}{4} + \frac{1}{2} + \frac{3}{4} \\ = \frac{1 + 2 + 3}{4} \\ = \frac{6}{4 } \\ = \frac{3}{2}
RHS
