let p sq +b sq =h sq

we know that sin sq x = p sq /h sq  -------1

               &  + cos sq x = q sq/h sq  --------2

combining 1+2, we get

sin sq x+ cos sq x= (p sq /h sq) + ( q sq/h sq )

                             = (p sq +q sq) / h sq

                              = h sq / h sq      [since = p sq +b sq =h sq ]

                               = 1
