sintheta ×cos theta =1/2

or 2sintheta ×costheta=1

but 2sintheta×costheta= sin2theta

so, sin2theta=1

so, sin2theta =sin90°

2 theta =90°

theta =45°

Dear Student,

◆ Answer -

θ = 45°

● Explanation -

Let θ be required angle.

Given that -

sinθ.cosθ = 1/2

Rearranging,

2sinθ.cosθ = 1

But we know, sin(2θ) = 2sinθ.cosθ

sin(2θ) = 1

Taking sin inverse,

2θ = arcsin(1)

2θ = 90

θ = 90/2

θ = 45°

Hence, here value of θ is 45°.

Thanks dear. Hope this is helpful to you...
