= \sin {}^{2} 30 \cos {}^{2} 45 +  \tan {}^{2} 30 +  \frac{1}{2}  \sin {}^{2} 90 \\

= \frac{ {1} }{2}^{2}  \times  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2}  }  {}^{2}  + 4 \times \frac{1}{3}  {}^{2}  + 1 \frac{1}{2}  - 0 +  \frac{1}{24} \\

= \frac{1}{4}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{4}{3}  +  \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{1}{24} \\  =  \frac{48}{24} = 2
