We know that

 \sin(45 )  =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

 \cos(30)  =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2}

 \sin(30)  =  \frac{1}{2}

 \cos(45)  =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

all values put in the given questions then

 (\frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} } ) {}^{2}  -(  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2} ) {}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{2}  -  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

 \frac{1}{2}  -  \frac{3}{4}  +  \frac{1}{2}  -  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

 \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{1}{2}  -  \frac{3}{4}  -  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

(1 + 1) \div 2 -  \frac{3}{4}  -  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

 \frac{2}{2}  -  \frac{3}{4}  -  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

(4 - 3)  \div 4 -  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

 \frac{1}{4}  -  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

( \sqrt{2}  - 4) \div 4 \sqrt{2}
