\star\:\:\:\bf\large\underline\blue{Question:-}

  • Write the formula for  \sin2 \alpha

\star\:\:\:\bf\large\underline\blue{Answer:-}

  •  \sin2 \alpha  = 2 \sin \alpha  \cos\alpha

\star\:\:\:\bf\underline\blue{Derivation\:Of\:The\:Formulae:-}

  \sin(2 \alpha )

 =  \sin( \alpha  +  \alpha )

Now, we know that

 \sin( \alpha  +  \beta )  =  \sin \alpha  \cos \beta  +  \cos \alpha \sin\beta

So,

 \sin( \alpha  +  \alpha )

 =  \sin \alpha \cos \alpha  +  \cos \alpha  \sin \alpha

 =2  \sin \alpha \cos \alpha

Therefore,

  •  \sin2 \alpha = 2 \sin \alpha  \cos \alpha
