#Instead of theta I m using alpha

 \sin( \alpha )  =  \cos( \alpha  - 6)  \\  \\  \cos(90 -  \alpha )  =  \cos( \alpha  - 6)  \\  \\ 90 -  \alpha  =  \alpha  - 6 \\  \\ 90 + 6 =  \alpha  +  \alpha  \\  \\ 96 = 2 \alpha  \\  \\  \alpha  =  \frac{96}{2}  \\  \\  \alpha  = 48

So theta = 48°
