= sin⁴ theta +cos⁴ theta

= (sin²theta + cos²theta)²- 2sin²theta cos²theta

= 1-1/2(sin²2theta)²

= [ cos²theta +sin²theta =1 ]

= minimum value of sin² 2theta is 0

= sin⁴theta +cos⁴theta

= 1-0

= sin⁴theta+ cos⁴ theta =1

Hence the sin⁴ theta +cos⁴ theta is 1

I hope I am helped you
