Cos 60° = 1/2      , Cos 30° = \sqrt3/2

2)Using the identity-

sin theta = cos (90°- theta)

cos theta = sin(90°- theta)

=>sin60° cos30°-cos60° sin30°​

=> cos 30° cos 30° - sin 30° sin 30°

=> cos^{2}30° - sin^{2}30°

=> 3/4 - 1/4

=> 1/2
