Convert cosec = 1/sin, sec = 1/cos

(1+sin^2/sin)^2 + (1+cos^2/cos)^2

Open up the brackets,

Cos^2+ sin^4+cos^2 +2sin^2cos^2 + sin^2cos^4 + sin^2 + 2cos^2sin^2/cos^2sin^2

14 + 2x^2 +2 cot^2/2

7 + x^2 + cot^2
