Heya!!

L.H.S

=>

(Cos x/2 + Sin x/2)² - (Cos² x/2 - Sin²x/2)

_____________________________

(Cosx/2 - Sinx/2)² + (Cos²x/2 - Sin²x/2)

=>

Cosx/2 + Sinx/2

________________ { Tanx/2 }

Cosx/2 - Sinx/2

=>

Tanx/2 × Tan ( 45 + x/2 )

R.H.S

Sec x + Tan x

=>

1 + Sin x / Cos x

=>

( Cos x/2 + Sin x/2 )²

___________________

( Cos² x/2 - Sin² x/2 )

=>

( Cos x/2 + Sin x/2 )

___________________

( Cos x/2 - Sin x/2 )

=>

Tan ( 45 + x/2 )

L.H.S ≠ R.H.S
