There is nothing which God cannot do. All the light or world heaviest thing is made by God. God is something which we can imagine only.

When you say God can do anything, it means he can do everything that is within his limitations and does not exceed his own potential ( which is indeed a very high potential). 
Now think of it in this way, humans can create robots and AI but would a create a robot which would later result in the slavery and submission of humans to the robots. No right?
Similarly No body in their right state of mind would create an object which would become problematic and difficult to control.
