Since Machines can only convert one energy to another and time is not energy then how PEOPLE SAY THAT TIME MACHINE CAN BE BUILD?

but not on this basis which u r asking
the machine would be made more than the speed of light.. only then the time machine will be made possible... thath is very difficult. scientists have no idea till today to how to make it.
