SOLUTION

Let us assume that the side of the square = 'x' m.

∴ 15² = x² + x²

\implies 225 = 2x²

\implies \sf x^{2} = \dfrac{225}{2}

\implies x² = 112.50

\implies x = √112.50

\implies x = 10.6066 m.

On correcting to two decimal ,

Side of the square (x) plot of land = 10.61 m.
