plural nos. are nos. have more than 1 digit....like the nos. starting from 10

I don't think that numbers are also singular or plural. BTW I can tell about singular and plural noun. SINGULAR-----> It indicates a single thing, like 1 child, 1 person, 1 place, 1 bird etc............... PLURAL---------> It indicates more than 1 thing. Like--> Two litchis, a group of students, flock of birds, Four roses etc.
