Relations between India and China have always been hostile.
The given statement therefore is false.
China has been at war with India subtly, trying to wage its supremacy in the continent.
Even though on the forefront there have been various agreements between the two countries to improve trade relations, since 1962 yet China has never let go of an opportunity to hit India behind the back.
It has also gone ahead and lent support to Pakistan for their nuclear programme and military help to Bangladesh and Myanmar to out caste India’s supremacy over South Asia.
