1. Do as much revision as you can.

2. Solve the previous years question papers

3. Also go through chapter wise previous year questions.

4. While writing paper, underline the key points .

5. Avoid doing cancellation ( If by mistake it happens the just put a single strike)

6. Draw margins to make your paper look neat and presentable.

7. When writing 5 marks questions write the key point first and then further explain it ( especially social science)

8. Always draw diagrams neatly inside the box and label the part and underline it.

9. Write the chemical equations wherever necessary.

10. Always answer 1 mark Questions in full sentence.

Here are some tips for scoring good marks in class 10 CBSE boards-

  • Make a timetable and follow it religiously. Set your target for the day and to complete it.
  • Stick to NCERT for building concepts. Don't forget to solve all the intext and exercise questions of the book.
  • Practice more and new types of questions from a good question bank like Educart that provides you with a lot of tricky and conceptual questions along with well-explained answers.
  • Work on your weak topics. you can do this by practising a good amount of questions from the sample papers.
  • Practise writing answers properly. Write answers in points, highlight the main information and draw diagrams where necessary.
  • Focus on time management according to each question in the paper. This can be done by practising self-assessment papers for a duration of 3 hours.
  • Attempt easy questions or the ones you know first in your exams so that you can proceed with confidence.
