Yes, I  agree with Sirisha that every rectangle is a parallelogram.

To prove ,  look at the properties of parallelogram and  rectangle

Properties of a Parallelogram -

1) A parallelogram is four-sided polygon.

2) There are two pairs of opposite congruent sides in a parallelogram.

3) There are two sets of parallel sides in a parallelogram.

4) Both pairs of opposite angles are congruent in a parallelogram.

5) There are two mutually bisecting diagonals in a parallelogram.

Properties of a Rectangle  -

1) A rectangle is a four-sided polygon

2) There are fourtwo right angles in a rectangle which are congruent to each other.

3) There are two sets of opposite parallel sides in a rectangle.

4) There are two congruent diagonals in a rectangle.

5) There are two pairs of opposite congruent sides in a rectangle.

6) There are two mutually bisecting diagonals in a rectangle.

So, a rectangle has all the properties that a parallelogram has.

Hence, every rectangle is a parallelogram.
