ANSWER:

Chenab or Chandrabhaga River

EXPLANATION:

Chandrabhaga/Chenab River is a key river which flows in India as well as Pakistan, and is one of the 5 key rivers of Punjab. Sissu is a small town in the district of Lahaul valley in Himachal Pradesh (HP), India.

It is about 90 kms from Manali and is located on the banks of the Chandrabhaga River also known as the Chenab River. In the year 2013, the HP govt. had approved a small hydroelectric project (a large hydropower or hydel power system utilises a dam to stock river water in a reservoir) to be made at Sissu.
