So for the main subject I choose myself and for the other 2 relatives I choose my parents. Now at the table you have labels that say freckles, earlobes, dimples, hitchhiker's thumb and chin left. Now you have to examine your parents and write for example if they have dimples write D for yes and if not d for no.
