guests. She gave six to her daughter and three to her friend's son. Now she is left with

one more than four times the square root of chocolates. Find the total number

of chocolates she purchased.​

Number of chocolates she kept for guests are = x/2

number of chocolates she gave to her daughter and friend's son is =9

Number of chocolates remained with her are

4√x+1

Now 4√x+1 +9= x/2

8√x + 20 = x
