Dear Sir/Madam;
Greetings!
It has come to my knowledge that the Union Finance Minister has decided to increase the price of LGP and petrol. First, I am saddened by this decision because millions of my countrymen will suffer especially those who rely on gas as their source of fuel. Second, I would like to ask if this decision has underwent a consultation among stakeholders. I urge the Government of India to look into this matter. I am confident that our government will uphold the rights of its citizens and make decisions for the betterment of the majority.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,

Sub: Hike in price of LPG and Petrol
Sir:
I am writing to your good self to express my deep concern over the skyrocketing prices of essential commodities which is making the life of the common people very hard. The Government has decided to hike price of LPG and petrol yet another time. This will affect the prices of all other commodities also.
The Government’s all measure to bring the prices down have failed. I just want to ask the concerned ministry and authorities what is happening. Why doe the Government not make these food grains and pulses available to the common people. Once the Government will supply these food items into the market, the prices will automatically go down. Besides the Government needs to act strictly against the hoarding and black-marketing of food items.
Through the columns of your esteemed daily I appeal to the concerned ministry to look into the matter and take steps to alleviate people’s troubles.
Thanking you,
Yours truly,
Asha Singla
