Situation :- the pencil in water appears to be bent .
(1) How will the pencil appears if there is no water in beaker ? (2) Give the reason .
Please give correct answer !!!! :(​

Answer:

as the light travels from water to the air the speed of light changes and it percevies to us the pencil is bent but if there is no water in the beaker than the medium remains the same and there is no bending occured
