Solution :-
given that,
→ Edge of each cube is = 12 cm.
when 6 cubes of same edge 12 cm are joined end to end ,
they formed a cuboid .
so,
- Length of cuboid = sum of Edge of each cube = 6 * 12 = 72 cm. .
- Breadth of cuboid = Edge of cube = 12 cm.
- Height of cuboid = Edge of cube = 12 cm .
then,
→ The total surface area area of resulting cuboid = 2(L*B + BH * HL) = 2(72 * 12 + 12 * 12 + 12 * 72) = 2(864 + 144 + 864) = 2 * 1872 = 3744 cm².
Hence, the surface area of the resulting cuboid will be 3744 cm² .

Hence resultant figure will be cuboid
6 * 12 = 72 cm
length = 72 cm
breadth = height = 12 cm
surface area of the resulting cuboid = 2( lb + bh + lh)
= 2( 72*12 + 12*12 + 72* 12)
= 2 * 12² (6 + 1 + 6)
= 2 * 144 * 133,744
= 3,744 cm²
surface area of the resulting cuboid = 3,744 cm²
