Answer:

Following steps are used for the seating arrangements:-

(i)We have to make 9 spots in which the seating arrangement is made.

(ii)Then we take a single Letter from A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,K let us take A first and allocate any spot to it then it is given that " F is fourth to the right of A" so we allocate F a spot leaving 3 spots towards the right of A when A is facing towards the center.

(iii) Now "A is third to the right of B" so we allocate B a spot leaving 2 spots to the left of A that is facing towards the center.

(iv) Now "K is fourth to the left of B" so we allocate K a spot leaving 3 spots to the left of B which is facing towards the center.

(v)Now "K is third to the right of D" so we allocate D leaving 2 spots to the left of K which is facing towards the center.

(vi)Now "C is third to the right of H" so we allocate C a spot between A and K (both have been allocated already before) as their are only 2 spots left that have a gap of 2 spots(in which A and D are already being allocated) and since C is third to the right of H then H is third to the left of C so we allocate H a spot between B and D.

(vii) Now "E is second to the left of G " so as only two spots are left now and since E is second to the left of G so we allocate E between K and F and G between F and B.

Hence, E is third to the left of B
