According to the question,

P is second to the left of U

Let P is at 1 then U will be at 3

Q is a neighbour of R & S

Q must be at 5 and Q & R will be at 2 & 4

T is second to the left of S

∴ S will be at 4

If P is 1 so opposite is 4 which will be S

So the sitting pattern will look like the pattern given below,
