arranging this term in ascending order
we get,
3,5,5,7,8,9
as the set of no. is even
therefore; median=n/2 and n/2+1
=6/2 and 6/2+1
=3 and 3+1
= 3 rd and 4 th
=5 and 7
thus the median = 5+7
=12
thus the value of median could be 12
