Consider any particle say A which moves towards B with a speed of V.
Particle B moves with speed V along B.
Hence movement of particle B=V cos 60=V/2
Relative speed of A w.r.t =b =v-v/2=v/2
Now time taken to travel a distance of a Time =distance/speed
time=t=a/v/2t=2a/v
