If the side of the square plot is x then the length of the plot is 6x
Area gives 6x^2 = 726 from which you can find x = 11m
This gives a plot 11m by 66m and the perimeter is then 2(11 + 66) = 154m
The circumference of a circle radius 10m is 2 x pi x 10 = 20pi
I presume you are asking what you need to multiply the circumference by to get the perimeter and that is given by 154/20pi = 2.45
