Given :
Perimeter of a rectangle = 130cm,
Breadth = 30cm,

=) P = 2(l+b)
=) 130 = 2(30+l)

Hence length = 35cm,

To find area = l*b

= 30*35
= 1050 cm²

Answer:

length of rectangle=35 cm

area of the rectangle= 1050 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l +b)

                           130     =2(l+ 30)

                             130   =2l + 60

                            2l      = 130 -60

                               2l   =  70

                                l    =  70 / 2

                                 l   =  35 cm

area of rectangle= l*b

                            = 35*30

                            = 1050 cm²
