Siya was reading a book .Sheobserved that when she was holding the book at a specific point she could not see anything but when she changed the position of the book it was visible again. Can you explain the reason behind this observation.

There is a concept called far point and near point of the eyes. Our eyes are more comfortable to see the objects which are far away ( minimum 25 cm). However our eyes our not so comfortable to view the objects kept very near to our eyes.
