Size of anion is greater than corresponding element while size of cation is smaller than corresponding element... Everyone has read it in NCERT class 11th chapter periodic properties of elements.... So what is the increasing order of following ions....H- , F- , Cl- , Br - , I- ​

its of the order Cl- > F- > Br- > I- its so because I is very large atom and hence a negative charge destabilizes it because the extra electron is not held very tightly but Cl- is more stable than F- because Flourine has no d orbital due to which an extra electron faces too much repulsion and destabilizes the F atom , Chlorine has extra D orbital and hence it can easily accumulate the extra electron .
