Khosrove is the Uncle of Aram in the chapter, brother of Aram mother . He is considered a crazy person for many reasons , he used make notation likr"Its of no harm ,pay no attention to it ".
Once when his own son Arak came running to him at the Barbar's shop he says the house is at fire he says it's no harm pay no attention to it.
Also when uncle Byro tells his distress he mocks by saying I spit on money!!!!!!
