A2A She married Pierre and went through so much pitchblende to find Uranium that she ended up with radiation poisoning. That shows that she just kept going until she had her answers.
I believe she knew the dangers of what she was doing. She was practical and loving. Her husband and children were loved by her but she also had a driving need to understand uranium as an element. Knowledge was the driving force that caused Marie Curie to develop uranium poisoning and ultimately cause her death. That she developed radiation poisoning from uranium also furthered the understanding of radioactive isotopes and from that radiation’s properties and the good and bad points of radiation implications both good and bad for mankind.
Marie loved her husband and daughters with a driving force that only a woman as passionate as she was could love. Before she had children she would literally have starved herself and she in fact did starve herself so she had the time and money necessary to go through all that pitchblende to find a small amount of uranium so she could understand exactly what uranium have the power to do both good and evil. Marie Curie did not care about the damage to her body or she wouldn't have risked uranium poisoning and did in fact in the end die from radiation poisoning due to her need to understand uranium and from that she used her knowledge of uranium go understand radiation and implications of exactly what your rainy and then from that radiation was good for she used her own body and I am quite sure she knew what she was sacrificing when she went through all that pitchblende to find that very small amount of uranium and she sacrificed herself that she sacrificed her own life in the pursuit of knowledge. There was no lack of love of her husband or her children. Knowledge was everything to her other than her husband and daughters and even with that she thought she was working on something that would help mankind including her family.
I would say that Marie Curie was an intj. Her life is an example of an intj’s driving force for knowledge and also her love and loyalty to Pierre and their daughters was her world. She was able to balance her love of knowledge and love of family but in the end she made a choice and she sacrificed her own life for what she loved
