We know that,

Like charges are repel and unlike charges are attract each other.

If the charge are like then the electric field line will be outward and if the charges are unlike then the electric field line inward.

When the charge is greater than another charge then the intensity of the bigger charge is greater and the intensity of another charge is lower.

So, The electric field lines of bigger charge will be nearest to each other and the electric field lines of another charge will be away from each other.

Suppose charges are same.

We draw the diagram for the electric field lines

(I) When the charge are same Q₁ = Q₂.

(II) When the charge Q₁ is larger then Q₂.
