• three types of fibrous joints are present in skull namely-
- suture
- gomphoses
- syndesmosis

$ribs -$
• there are 12 pairs of ribs. Total number of ribs are 24.
• synchrondosis is found in ribs. ( it is a cartiliginous joint which joins bone to cartilage)
