Sleep disorder is a condition that affects the ability to get enough quality sleep. Though its normal to experience problem sleeping due to stress or hectic lifestyle but issues occur when it happens on a regular basis.

yes this is correct it happens due to increase in stress level of a person it can affect the person both on major and minor stages
