Sleep is a period of unconsciousness and relaxed nervous system.

Every human needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

It has many roles to play in our body.

Like detoxification by liver and relaxation.

Every Human being want Sleep at least 9 hours in day....

we do sleep at night as it help us to restore the physical and mental energy. As our eyes are not able to function in absence of light so we cannot work at night.

we have to sleep because it is essential to maintaining normal levels of congivite skiĺls such as speech, and flexible thinking.....
