Step by step explanation

  • PIP movement in Andhra Pradesh

PIP In Andhra Pradesh, India, an anti- movement was developed that developed out of awareness of both the mass- campaigns of the National Literacy Mission (NLC). It was started as a spontaneous campaign targeting alcoholism in the remote village of Dubaganta, supported by the NLC in Nellore and followed by all the other districts of Andhra Pradesh.

There is no organized leadership to work with for them against anti-arracking movement. Most of groundwork being done with help of  local initiative, with women  who actively participated  in campaign against arracks in their villages. With the campaign gaining popularity, the political parties have joined the very last step.

Ultimately, that protest succeeded in the announcement of a complete ban on liquor in India. The protest which grabbed the attention of poltical parties  in which political leaders contributed towards society . This has shown the same feminist way to look at struggles, specifically politics, and further aligning women's concerns with deeper issues of the state and society.

  • Bharatiya kisan union movement

The Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) this movement was formed by the farmer and peasants organization in western Uttar Pradesh (UP) between the period of 1987-89 dealt with both the relation between traditional socio-cultural institutions and cultural traditions, on the other hand, agricultural mobilization.

The Bharatiya kisan union  was using the primary caste and community institutions to combine and mobilize farmers; used traditional religious practices or knowledge, emotion and confidence; and use the traditional panchayat organization to share opinions and discussions and to approach farmers. The report also indicates that the union started declining when it was adopted by  elector representative or polticians.

India is a predominant agricultural region. Farmers and agriculture, along with agribusiness, were the biggest strengths of our country. The concept of both the Indian nation could not be imagined without farming and forestry. With these strong development and growth across the world, an Indian rural farmer feels betrayed and powerless. It has been left behind  the speed of development . though some polticians tried to  use farmers to fulfill their own selfish interests or to satisfy high personal ambitions.

The peasants who  needeed for moment at current is to have a non-political organization which can encourage farmers to accomplish their equal rights strategically without ignoring their responsibilities as people of this nation.
